Wow. Just when you thought great customer service was dead. The knowledge and professionalism these guys have is outstanding. Greg knew his product offerings inside and out. He was so responsive by text and sent me estimates quickly and the prices were the best I’ve seen anywhere. If you want an easy glass replacement done right for a great price don’t look anywhere else. I already did!

Great experience, from initial sales and pricing through installation. The on site supervisor was great on communicating status and work. The install crew were all professional, courteous and friendly. They were good on the little details and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, great job and reasonable pricing for upgraded window package: better UV, security and noise reduction.

They showed up when they said they would, were very friendly, and left our house very clean when they were done. We will request them specifically for any future projects that we do with Desert King Windows and we will recommend them to friends and family! 🙂 We live along a noisy street and we were hoping the windows would help reduce the street noise and also help regulate the temperature in our master bedroom and bathroom which was noticeably hotter than the rest of our home. We are thrilled that the new windows have helped a lot with both the noise and the temperature! Plus, they look beautiful and the work was completed as-advertised. Payment was not required until after the work was done, which we appreciated. Overall this was a great experience with Desert King Windows and we will use them for any future window needs. It was great working with this company. Salesman was very informative and the installers did a great job. It all went very smoothly and the cleanup was great.

We had all the old windows in our house replaced and chose Desert King Windows to do that. The whole experience, from start to finish, was excellent. Mauricio, the sales person was completely helpful, and even helped with applying for the local utility energy rebate after the project was done. Jonathan, who oversaw the process, was available and always responded to our requests. Jose and his installation team were wonderful. Having four people in our house and living through a construction zone could have been much worse. This team was quiet, respectful, friendly, and they tried, and most often succeeded to accommodate any preference and request we had. They made it easy to put up with the disruption. I already have referred Desert King to a relative who might update some of her windows.
